Senior Web Strategist

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering customer success by facilitating the coordination of website based projects to completion.  Through customer engagement you will bring strategic inbound value to address key business challenges and drive successful website conversion. 

Thinking on your feet and your ability to make intelligent decisions will aid you in solving for the customer and creating high quality deliverables with tactical precision to accomplish customer’s business objectives. 

We’re in search of a Web Strategist with a high level of GSD to contribute to our growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure customer success and be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise and key B2B technology companies
  • Maintain customer retention by solving for the customer
  • Project coordinate to ensure scope and budget are met
  • Identify customer’s business objectives, challenges, and key success metrics
  • Be an expert in inbound marketing methodologies
  • Drive upgraded revenue from service upsells and existing service solution adoption
  • Build and create branding materials that align with customer’s vision and business challenges 
  • Monitor customer success through analytics and engagement to recommend solutions
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Web Strategy team
  • Assist in quick resolution of customer facing challenges or issues
  • Responsible for creating project schedules, coordinating deliverables, and facilitating resources for your portfolio of B2B technology companies
  • Develop and execute on process inefficiencies to improve the customer journey
  • Identify potential “project” opportunities that can be nurtured to “ long-term customers” 
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for New Breed suite of products and solutions
  • Help build, manage Partner relationships 

You need to have:

  • Alignment with New Breed’s Culture Code
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional work experience
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role, preferably in the technology space
  • Expertise in web-based applications (google drive, mockflow, confluence, etc.)
  • Expertise in web analytics and tracking implementation
  • In-depth working knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft applications 
  • Be leading, mentoring and inspiring a team
  • Some experience with a startup is preferred
  • Experience in successfully growing relationship and creating customer success 
  • Keep current with inbound marketing and sales strategies, best practices, and associated resources
  • An innate, scrappy and entrepreneurial drive to GSD in a fast moving startup environment where things can change quickly
  • Self motivation, self awareness, self discipline, self improvement, use good judgment, positive energy, willingness to help and inspire others
  • The ability to adapt and create proactive change 
  • Identify optimal process efficiencies
