We’re in search of a driven college student with technical aptitude to join our growing Revenue Operations team. At New Breed, interns are treated like full-time hires and are expected to contribute and make an impact as such. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and implement a breadth of marketing and sales operations activities by working alongside our team of Revenue Operations Strategists. You will be able to learn in a fast-paced environment, and develop a strong foundation of best practices in automation systems, CRM, BI Tools and database management.

In this role, you will:
- Assist the team's account managers with implementation projects for a portfolio of B2B technology companies.
- Help manage and optimize softwares, platforms, and reporting at New Breed.
- Learn how we partner with clients to setup software and systems for success.
- Understand how to architect marketing systems and CRM for optimal integration and data integrity.
- Monitor and maintain data quality within those marketing databases.
- Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
- Maintain a long-term view, looking for solutions that address trends instead of the quick-fix.
- Help find the solution to a problem - even if you may not know where to start or where to go next.
- Keep New Breed innovating internally.
A strong candidate will have:
- A 3.0 GPA and above.
- Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy.
- Passion for accelerating their career in marketing and sales operations.
- Availability to work for a minimum of 20 hours a week. Please specify availability within your cover letter.
