Job Post: Inbound Marketing Intern

Job Overview

We’re in search of a college student or recent college grad to join our team as an Inbound Marketing Intern. We want someone with a strong drive to GSD and contribute to our growth. Our best interns don’t consider themselves interns at all - they’re members of our team. We’re looking for someone who is prepared to take on serious responsibilities and get hands-on experience learning the ins-and-outs of a high-growth company.  

In this role, you will be responsible for learning how to deliver high-quality inbound deliverables (KPIs, website and blog analytics, reporting, campaigns) to address our customers’ business challenges and marketing objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Aid in the coordination of inbound campaigns and strategies
  • Learn inbound best practices, with the strategic intent of delivering high quality inbound assets
  • Help to identify customer’s business objectives, challenges, and key success metrics
  • Work with Inbound Marketing Strategist to provide recommendations based on marketing analytics and inbound assessment to address key business and marketing challenges
  • Work with Inbound Marketing Strategist to develop inbound performance reports to analyze and monitor inbound strategy effectiveness
  • Work with Inbound Marketing Strategist to perform portal audits to identify areas of opportunity
  • Work company wide to provide continuing assistance with inbound marketing activities
  • Project coordinate to ensure scope and budget are met
  • Be responsible for creating project schedules, coordinating deliverables, and facilitating resources for your portfolio of B2B technology companies.
  • Learn how to develop lasting relationships with retainer customers to ensure ongoing service
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for New Breed suite of products and solutions

You need to:

  • Have quantitative skills and ability to communicate digestible user stories
  • Have the interest in learning current inbound marketing and sales strategies, best practices, and associated resources
  • Have an innate, scrappy and entrepreneurial drive to GSD in a fast moving startup environment where things can change quickly
  • Have self motivation, self awareness, self discipline, self improvement, use good judgment, positive energy, willingness to help others
  • Have the ability to adapt and create proactive change
  • Identify optimal process efficiencies
  • Align with New Breed’s Culture Code
  • Have a 3.0 GPA and above
  • Have the availability to work for a minimum of 20 hours a week. Full-time availability is desired. Please specify availability within your cover letter
