For instance, when you finally wind down on one project, another is just ramping up. Or, you think you're on the right track with a concept then you have a conversation with the customer and everything changes. Moments like these are when we need the kind words and guidance from those who know better. 

Luckily, many of the greatest leaders today share their wisdom online through social media to help inspire us. This month's edition (check out last month) of top people to follow on Twitter brings to you ten of the most inspirational and motivational individuals on Twitter - guaranteed to make you feel unstoppable.

Here's who to follow on Twitter when you need some help getting through your day...

1. Simon Sinek; @simonsinek

Best-selling author and inspirational speaker

If you don't know of Sinek already, you're missing out. He's written multiple incredible books on leadership and success through a psychological and emotional approach. Much of what he tweets about speaks to business organizations and the ways in which individuals much work together and understand each other in order to find success. Take a moment to reflect with Sinek.

2. Marc and Angel; @marcandangel

Full-time students of life & admirers of the human spirit. They have spent the past decade studying and writing about what it takes to find happiness, love, and peace. 

Marc and Angel are constantly sharing helpful tidbits of advice and guidance on life. The inspirational duo may not speak directly to business-type situations, much of their advice can be translated to your work-life. Whether it's finding ways to harness your creativity, controlling negativity or fresh starts - you're sure to find motivation in their tweets.

3. Jack Dorsey; @jack

Co-founder of Twitter and founder of Square

Dorsey's tweets aren't what you'd expect from a successful software entrepreneur. Take a look at his tweets and they're a combination of original and retweets focused on current news, inspiring and touching stories, moments of appreciation. While his tweets aren't outwardly inspiring, they force you to take a moment and reflect.

4. Ali Brown; @AliBrown

Entrepreneur, mentor, angel investor (and mom of twins!) helping women around the world step into redefined business leadership.

Brown is a Jane-of-all-trades who's Twitter is chalked full of motivational quotes, success tips, and inspirational stories. While she does use the platform to broadcast her fair share of self-promotion, much of what she talks about is focused on instilling confidence in her followers, specifically women.

5. The Huffington Post; @thirdmetric

Redefining success beyond money and power, to include well-being, wisdom, wonder and giving.

The Huffington Post has an online section of their newspaper titled, Third Metric. Much of their tweets revolve around well-being, especially in terms of office life. Help yourself in dealing with the daily office stresses with great articles from the Huffington Post.

6. Russell Simmons; @UncleRUSH

Entertainment and Lifestyle Business Mogul

Simmons may come as a surprise on this list - who knew a Hip Hop entrepreneur could be so inspirational. Aside from tweeting current news and stories important to himself, Simmons broadcasts many uplifting and motivational thoughts and quotes that will surely get you through your day. 

7. Debbie Ford; @Debbie_Ford

#1 New York Times best-selling author and international recognized expert in the field of personal transformation and human potential. 

Ford is an amazing author who says the evolution of one's own soul is "a lifetime process" guides followers on this journey in nearly every word she tweets. Looking to Ford is a guaranteed way to boost your morale and motivate yourself to continue forging ahead. 

8. Leo Babauta; @zen_habits

Creator of Zen Habits. Vegan, dad, husband.

Zen Habits is a blog dedicated to finding "simplicity in the daily chaos of our lives." Babauta's Twitter is essentially a broadcast platform for Zen Habits, which publishes a couple articles a week on: simplicity, health & fitness, motivation and inspiration, frugality, family life, happiness, goals, getting great things done, and living in the moment. 

9. Daniel Pink; @DanielPink

Author of 5 books. Father of 3 kids. Husband of 1 wife. Host & co-executive producer of Crowd Control.

If you're looking for office life motivation and productivity hacks, then look for further than Pink. Along with tweets about Crowd Control, Pink focuses on tips that help you get through your day-to-day, from health (in the office) to productivity to happiness (in the office). Pink is a great person to take a break with and revitalize your focus.

10. Dalai Lama; @DalaiLama

Someone who, certainly (hopefully) needs no introduction, the Dalai Lama is the quintessential motivational speaker. If the Dalai Lama can't get you back on track, I'm not sure who will. While most of his tweets are inspirational and reflective, rather than motivational and proactive, they still produce solid ground for you to reflect and take a moment to yourself as you move from one task to the next.
